Are you an expert in the Omnichannel Experience Design?

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant - Order Management Solutions to join a growing technology consulting team working on digital transformation projects for leading international clients.

You will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable technology solutions that connect eCommerce platforms, order management systems and enterprise applications. This is an opportunity to work on complex technical challenges, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and develop your expertise in the rapidly evolving digital commerce landscape.

Your responsibilities

- Design end-to-end technical solutions integrating Order Management Systems (OMS) with leading eCommerce platforms and other enterprise applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs and architectural diagrams.
- Define and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, microservices and appropriate integration patterns.
- Collaborate with developers, functional analysts and project managers throughout implementation, testing and go-live.
- Contribute to technical decision-making, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable and aligned with business objectives.

What we're looking for





- 2-5 years of experience in technical consulting, software development, system integration or solution design.
- 2-5 years experience with at least one of the main Order Management System: Fluent Commerce, Manhattan Associates, Salesforce Order Management, IBM Sterling.
- Experience working with APIs, enterprise applications and complex system integrations.
- Understanding of eCommerce, retail, order management or supply chain processes.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Nice to have

Experience with one or more of the following technologies or platforms:

- eCommerce: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify Plus.
- Backend development: Java, Node.js or Python.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience with a specific OMS platform is a must.
