Join our team in Aman Venice. Set in Palazzo Papadopoli, one of the city’s eight monumental palazzos on the Grand Canal, Aman Venice embodies all that is sumptuous and sensuous about La Serenissima. POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a bright,
dedicated F&B; Host/Hostess Trainee to support the Restaurant team during the breakfast, lunch and service, satisfying all guest needs and exceeding their expectations.
Starting in February 2027.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the first point of contact when guests enter the dining area;
- Welcomes guest according to the resort standards and escorts them to their table;
- Assisting the F&B; leadership team on ensuring the overall dining experience expectations of the guest are memorable;
- Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility of guest needs;
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions;
- Support the team in managing email communications;
- Completing opening & closing responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good communication skills and fluent in English;
- Excellent presentation and grooming standard;
- Experience with Micros is preferred but not required;
- Knowledge of dining room and kitchen procedures helpful.
