pFull Time | Brindisi, Italy or Valencia, Spain (On-site) /ppLocation: Brindisi, Italy or Valencia, Spain (On-site) or remotely Region Southern and Eastern Europe (CET) /ppDuration: 6 months, with possibility of extension based on performance /ph3Required Technical Skills /h3pSCOPE OF WORK: /pulliProvide M365 tenant global administration and management. /liliAdminister the M365 tenant and Entra ID global policies according to governance and best practices. /liliAdminister and configure M365 products such as Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Defender and Purview. /liliAdminister and manage the provisioning and life cycle of Entra ID objects, including members, guests, security groups, roles, enterprise applications, mail objects, and M365 license provisioning and deprovisioning. /liliManage mail routing and message hygiene, anti-malware and anti-spam protection, quarantine and mail relay. /liliImplement, manage and troubleshoot online email archives, archiving and compliance policies, Persistent On Hold and Advanced eDiscovery functionalities, and perform data recovery. /liliPerform advanced message tracking and non-delivery troubleshooting. /liliManage identity security policies, including Defender for Identity, SSO and MFA, Conditional Access policy configuration and RBAC control. /liliConfigure and manage Identity Governance features such as entitlement management, PIM and access reviews. /liliAssist in responding to M365-related queries from end users in remote locations. /liliParticipate in the on-call roster (support outside working hours). /liliProvide other ad hoc support as required. /li /ulpThe resource MUST have the following skills and experience: /pulliAt least four (4)



years of experience managing, operating and maintaining a large, multi-site and complex email and identity infrastructure. /liliAt least one (1) year of experience working with customers on Cloud and M365-specific solutions and deployments. /liliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, MS Defender, Purview and related tools. /liliExcellent knowledge of MS Entra ID in a complex environment (Entra Domain Services, B2B/B2C, Identity Protection, Identity Governance, SSO, MFA, application registration, etc.). /liliVery good knowledge of scripting, in particular PowerShell and MS Graph, to automate processes in Entra ID, Exchange Online and other M365 components. /liliExposure to migration projects from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365 and/or tenant-to-tenant migrations and related integration features. /liliExpert knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is required. /li /ulpThe resource SHOULD have the following skills and experience: /pulliExposure to IT Service Management Systems (ITSM: ISO 20000), the ITIL framework and other industry-standard best practices. /liliGood understanding of management and monitoring tools such as SCOM. /liliCustomer-facing experience and oral communication skills /liliAbility to write documentation reports /liliAbility to grasp complex concepts, with a logical and analytical approach to problem solving /liliAbility to work under pressure and with minimum supervision /liliGood interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team with diverse skills /liliWillingness to improve knowledge and skills and learn new technologies /li /ulpTeleworking Option: Yes, up to 1 day per week /ppOn-call requirements: One week per month /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
