We are looking for a highly motivated Trade Marketing enthusiast who wants to join our growth journey and gain a 360°

experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As part of the Trade Marketing Team, the Trade Marketing Trainee will support different areas of the function, including Business Insights, Category Development, and Trade Activation. Through a structured rotation across the team, the trainee will gain broad exposure to Trade Marketing activities, contributing to business analysis, in-store execution initiatives, and category development projects while building a solid understanding of the FMCG and retail landscape.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

MARKET INSIGHTS & ANALYSIS

Analyze market, consumer, shopper, and sales data from different sources. Support the creation of regular reports and insights to help identify business opportunities and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support decision-making.

TRADE ACTIVATION & IN STORE EVENT PLAN

Support the planning and execution of in-store activities and promotional initiatives. Contribute to the development of point-of-sale materials and activation tools. Collaborate with Sales and Field Sales teams to ensure effective implementation of trade marketing activities.

CATEGORY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Assist in the development of category growth initiatives and shopper-focused solutions.



Support category analysis and recommendations aimed at improving visibility and performance at the point of sale. Contribute to the preparation of presentations and materials for internal and customer-facing discussions.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABRATION

Work closely with different departments, including Sales, Marketing, Field Sales, Finance, and international teams. Build strong relationships across functions while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the business and Trade Marketing environment.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

- Master's Degree (or currently completing a Master's Degree).
- Strong interest in Trade Marketing, Retail, and FMCG environments.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
