- Learn how to apply booking management techniques using booking management software
- Learn to apply communication techniques by advising the client, providing information and enhancing the territory
- Learn to use sales techniques by offering services to the customer and interpreting his requests
- Manage excellent relationships with colleagues from various departments and with customers

Requisiti
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Working computer skills and knowledge
- Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure
- Successful candidate must possess legal work autho rization in Europe
