Senior Commercial Technology Lawyer (Italy Qualified) | Milan | Technology Sector

We're currently seeking an Italy-qualified Commercial Technology Lawyer to join a leading technology-focused business on an interim basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with strong experience supporting software, SaaS, cloud, and digital businesses within a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
- Advising on software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, and technology agreements
- Supporting product, sales, procurement, and commercial teams on strategic transactions
- Advising on licensing, intellectual property, and technology-related matters
- Negotiating customer, supplier, reseller, and partnership agreements
- Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice to stakeholders across the organisation
- Supporting regulatory and compliance matters affecting digital products and services





About You
- Qualified lawyer in Italy
- Based in Milan
- 7+ PQE
- Strong experience in:
- Commercial contracts
- Software licensing
- SaaS agreements
- Cloud services agreements
- Technology transactions
- Intellectual Property and licensing
- Previous experience within a technology, software, SaaS, cloud, digital, or telecommunications business
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Fluent Italian and English language skills

Contract Details
- Immediate start preferred
- Initial 6-month contract with strong likelihood of extension
- Hybrid working model
- Milan-based role
