The aim is to successfully complete the pilot and secure/deliver on follow up commercial contracts. For this purpose, the candidate will:Be the representative of KIREAP in Italy and build relations to government,



Farmers associations and industry partnersBe the business lead for the successful completion of the pilot project, in collaboration with the Head of Remote Sensing and Head of International ExpansionEnsure transparent, compliant and efficient JV operations on behalf of KIREAP on the ground in Italy, and be the bridge to the HeadquartersSecure a follow up commercial contractIdeal Candidate ProfileStrong farming/agri backgroundCommercial leadership track recordInterest in emerging technologiesQualificationsGraduate / Master’s degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Preferably from Premier Institute.Compensation & Growth PlanThe role includes a fixed salary for the initial six months of the pilot, with a significant success-based component tied to securing follow-up commercial contracts.
