Overview

In this role you lead the global deployment of Roquette’s Operational Excellence system, spanning 40+ sites. You will shape standards, performance management and capability building while embedding a continuous improvement culture. You’ll coach site teams, harmonize practices and drive transformation across Americas, Europe and Asia. This position offers high visibility, cross-functional impact and international collaboration in a mission to raise operational performance.

Responsabilità

- Lead deployment of the E2E World Class Operations system across the network
- Define and execute the roadmap for Operational Excellence standards and performance management
- Assess site maturity and ensure consistency/sustainability of the E2E WCO framework
- Coach and upskill site teams in Lean, problem-solving and performance management
- Identify gaps,



define improvement plans and support SQCDPE objective deployment
- Share best practices and facilitate cross-region learning
- Engage with site leadership and cross-functional teams to sustain change and accountability

Requisiti fondamentali

- 10-15 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement
- Strong experience in industrial operations (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain)
- Experience deploying transformation programs across multiple sites
- Master in Engineering (or related discipline)
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus; practical experience valued
- Fluent English (C1) and willingness to travel >50%
