You'll operate as a trusted advisor to a truly global customer, driving a major digital transformation program and partnering across Salesforce and the customer's senior leadership to turn strategic priorities into measurable business value. Own the account strategy and major digital transformation roll-out for a multinational Insurance group headquartered in Italy, aligning the plan to the customer's board-level priorities Engage C-level decision makers through value-based selling, business case development, and ROI analysis to identify and position new business opportunities Coordinate a global, matrix-organized virtual team — Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Partners, and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs)



— to deliver the contracted technical and business solution You have 8+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience selling to C-level executives at large enterprise or global accounts You have experience leading virtual or matrixed teams to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals You have a track record of managing global or multinational account relationships, including cross-border stakeholder coordination You have direct experience building and presenting business cases and ROI analyses to senior executives You have experience selling within the FSI industry You've supported or led a digital transformation initiative at an enterprise account You've mentored or coached junior Account Executives You have experience partnering with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) on joint delivery plans #
