Job Description

The new Managing Director, will assume full responsibility for the leadership and management of the Italian business. The role encompasses strategic, commercial, and operational accountability, with the objective of delivering sustainable growth, profitability, and organizational development in line with Group expectations.

Key responsibilities
include:

Defining the local business strategy and ensuring the achievement of corporate objectives through effective budget management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Leading, developing, and supporting the local organization, ensuring an effective structure capable of achieving revenue and EBIT targets. Managing and further developing the commercial organization, supporting talent development, recruitment activities, and key contractual negotiations.



Driving sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities, expand the customer base, develop new markets, and implement pricing initiatives in alignment with Group guidelines. Analyzing customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and business improvement initiatives. Monitoring company performance and providing regular updates to international stakeholders on financial results, market developments, and organizational requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers through a visible presence in the market. Acting as the primary interface between the local business and Group management, contributing valuable market intelligence and strategic insights.
