Join the Cat Temple kitchen team in Milan or London and help deliver a modern European menu built around seasonality, generosity and consistency. You will work in a focused kitchen that treats food quality, hygiene and animal welfare with equal seriousness. Your responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items to agreed recipes and presentation standards
* Organize your section and complete mise en place for each service
* Work closely with chefs and front-of-house colleagues during service
* Store ingredients correctly, monitor stock and reduce waste
* Follow allergen, food safety and cleaning procedures
* Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and service improvements What we are looking for
