What You'll Do
Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres including fiction, poetry, essays, and more Assess writing for quality, originality, style, tone, coherence, and reader engagement Identify weaknesses such as clichés, unnatural phrasing, pacing issues, and logical inconsistencies Provide clear,



constructive written feedback to guide AI writing improvements Rate outputs using structured evaluation rubrics Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are A genuine lover of reading and writing with a strong sense of what makes writing work Able to articulate why something reads well
