* You are responsible for the smooth running of the service and ensure a quality of welcome and personalized services to our customers.
* You know the card perfectly to meet customer expectations.
* You will carry out the various service and installation operations in compliance with the quality standards and procedures in force at your hotel.
* Ideally from hotel training, you have a significant experience of at least X years in a position and similar establishment.
* You have an excellent presentation and a good relationship. You are motivated, have a keen sense of organization and teamwork.
* Fluency in English is recommended.
