YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in reviewing and commenting on commercial agreements, NDAs, supply and license contracts
- Conduct research on national and EU regulations and draft internal legal memos
- Help organize and archive legal documents, support digitalization efforts, and monitor deadlines
- Contribute to the drafting of corporate documents, resolutions, and transactions

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Law degree students enrolled in 4th or 5th year (preferably Master's level) or already graduated
- Basic understanding of civil, contract law; commercial law is a plus
- Proactive attitude and good time management
- Strong legal reasoning, attention to detail, and ability to summarize complex information. A previous internship is a plus
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Italian or German is a plus
