You will assess performance, design recovery plans, and lead Lean Six Sigma-enabled improvements to boost profitability and cash flow. Responsabilità
- Analyze performance of underperforming divisions and units to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities
- Assess operating models across manufacturing, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and R&D; define recovery and improvement actions
- Design and implement Lean Six Sigma and operational improvement projects to optimize processes and resources
- Develop financial and operational models to enhance profitability and cash flow in the short- to mid-term
- Support senior management in team coordination, project delivery, and business development activities
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2-3 years of experience in operations management, restructuring, or turnaround projects in industrial/manufacturing or consulting
- Knowledge of operational excellence, process optimization and performance improvement initiatives
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
