Jumeirah Capri Palace is seeking a Head Chef for the Summer 2027 season to lead the kitchen with creativity and uncompromising quality. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on excellence, and a passion for hospitality at its finest.

You will create innovative menus reflecting culinary trends and dietary preferences, supervise cooks and staff, manage inventory and food costs, ensure safety and sanitation, and coordinate with restaurant management and suppliers to elevate the dining
