The role will be instrumental in delivering bproductivity improvements, cost savings, capability building, and cultural transformation /b throughout the organization. /ppWe are seeking a highly motivated CI leader with proven experience in implementing bglobal Continuous Improvement programs /b within international manufacturing environments, ideally through bTPM, IWS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma /b, or similar methodologies.



/ppThe selected candidate will lead the development and execution of the company's bmid-to-long-term CI strategy /b across the end-to-end supply chain, while supporting the delivery of current performance improvement and savings initiatives.
