Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in Ortisei. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain back-end services and applications, contributing to the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment. Daily responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing code, reviewing peer code, and ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and reliable. The role involves collaborating with product managers and other engineers to refine technical specifications and troubleshoot production issues when needed. The Software Engineer will also help improve development tools, workflows,



and documentation to support continuous improvement across the team.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming with experience in modern languages and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, building APIs, and working with databases.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in production code.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and to perform effective code reviews.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative team environment and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
