Missionjoin our team at rina consulting s.p.a. as an integrated logistics support (ils) engineer. you will work on ils activities for leading stakeholders in the aerospace defence industry.key accountabilitieslogistic support analysis (lsa): lead medium-complexity analyses (fmeca, lora, mta, etc.), optimise maintenance intervals, logistic resources and system availability.provide support organisation, manpower profiles and maintenance schedules.ramt analysis: build reliability and maintainability models, execute mtbf/mttr calculations and propose corrective actions.maintenance task analysis: develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans, identify special tools, test equipment and personnel skill requirements, design maintenance concepts.technical publications: create, review and approve data modules, procedural tasks, descriptions and ensure alignment with lsa and configuration baseline.spare parts and tools: identify critical parts, define sparing strategies, compute spares, maintain provisioning data (cage, p-n, smr codes, pricing) and interact with supply chain.configuration, obsolescence and data management:



ensure all ils deliverables match the current technical baseline, implement change requests and maintain traceability.training development: produce training material for operators, maintainers and logistic staff; deliver classroom or remote sessions and assess effectiveness.customer and supplier interaction: report ils analyses, provisioning lists and maintenance concepts; support technical discussions, manage action items and support audits.knowledge sharing: support onboarding of junior colleagues, review their deliverables and provide feedback.education & requirementsbachelor's or master's degree in engineering.preferable experience in ils discipline and knowledge of s-series specifications (s1000d, s2000m, s3000l), mil-std-1388-2b, ramt standards and ils tools/software.fluent english.planning, precision, flexibility, teamwork and problem-solving skills.compensationgross annual salary starting from €31 000, defined according to experience and competencies, plus company welfare.locationopportunities in genova, la spezia, roma, napoli and other sites.
