About the Role
Desort is a nationwide recruitment and staffing firm helping dental practices hire qualified professionals. We are seeking a motivated results-driven sales representative to acquire new dental practice clients through outbound calls email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
Important: This is a 100% commission-only position with no base salary hourly pay or guaranteed income. Earnings depend entirely on the business you generate.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to dental practices nationwide.
- Connect with practice owners office managers and hiring decision-makers.
- Identify hiring needs and introduce Desorts recruitment services.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into new clients.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales cold calling business development or staffing sales preferred.
- Strong communication persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with rejection and consistent outbound prospecting.
- Self-motivated independent and results-driven.
- Comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
- Dental industry experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
