Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering, maintenance, and calibration teams

Guide engineering projects from concept through implementation and execution

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, and calibration activities

Align technical and operational priorities with customer needs and business objectives

Promote continuous improvement and develop team capabilities

Requirements





Advanced degree plus 6 years experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years experience

Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field background

Proven experience leading engineering teams and technical initiatives

Strong technical background in relevant engineering discipline

Project management experience including scope, schedules, resources, and budgets

Familiarity with maintenance programs, equipment reliability, preventive and corrective maintenance

Knowledge of calibration programs, schedules, and measurement equipment
