Your roleyou will join the manufacturing engineering team and support projects focused on the industrialization and continuous improvement of post-injection-molding processes.main responsibilitiessupport the industrialization of machinery, equipment and new working methods from requirements gathering to production implementation.contribute to projects aimed at improving efficiency, ergonomics, quality, safety and reliability of manufacturing processes.participate in technical trials, testing, validation and start-up activities for new solutions on the production floor.support the team in analyzing process-related issues and identifying appropriate corrective actions.collect and analyze process data to monitor the results of implemented initiatives.contribute to the preparation of technical specifications, test reports, operating instructions and technical documentation.collaborate with the agordo, pederobba and process engineering teams on cross-functional projects.main requirementscurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in mechanical, management, materials, automation engineering or a related field.strong interest in manufacturing processes, injection-molding technologies,
