monday to friday.main responsibilitiesprepare samples for sem and tem analysis.support characterization activities using optical and electron microscopy.operate laboratory equipment for sample preparation and analysis.contribute to characterization method development.collect, organize and analyze technical data.support problem-solving and failure-analysis activities.collaborate with internal technical teams and manufacturing sites.your skills & experiencestechnical diploma or bachelor's degree.interest in materials science, microscopy and laboratory work.precision, reliability and strong attention to detail.motivation to learn and grow in a technical environment.teamwork and communication skills.no previous experience required - suitable for new graduates.basic technical english is preferred.compensation the expected gross annual salary (ral) is between 29,000 € and 36,000 €.stmicroelectronics is committed to equal pay, diversity, equity and inclusion.
