product presentations and solution demonstrations with guidance.learn customer applications and propose suitable vacuum automation solutions together with technical teams.collaborate with internal teams (customer service, marketing, product management, engineering, operations) to ensure high customer satisfaction.monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs and business opportunities.support and develop channel partners through joint visits, product training, sales planning and follow-up.prepare regular sales forecasts, visit reports, pipeline updates and business development plans.participate in trade shows, customer events and industry exhibitions when required.requirementscuriosity and proactive approach to developing new business opportunities.active listening, strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (approximately 70% of the time).technical diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field.fluent italian and good english.
