You are in contact with the Global People & Culture team to ensure that local HR policy is aligned with local laws and Ennismore culture.

You are confident working with data, KPIs, and benchmarking, and you know how to turn insights into action.
You are experienced with HRIS platforms and comfortable navigating digital tools.
