From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are looking for passionate and guest-oriented professionals to join the Front of House team at METT Milan Torre Velasca, our new Residences & Suites project located in the iconic Torre Velasca, in the heart of Milan.

As part of this exciting new opening, you will have the opportunity to contribute to creating exceptional guest experiences and be part of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a unique luxury setting.

We are building our Front of House team and are looking for talented individuals to join us in the following roles:

Front of House Manager (RAL: 42.000€ – 48.000€ gross per year)

- Oversee all front-of-house operations, lead and develop the team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage arrivals/departures, reservations, concierge service, daily financial transactions and guest relations.

- Monitor performance, optimize revenue opportunities, coordinate with other departments, and ensure compliance with brand and operational standards.





- Minimum 5 years’ experience in front-of-house management within the luxury hospitality industry.

- Fluent in Italian and English (knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset), with strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in PMS systems, MS Office, and front of house procedures and operations.

Guest Service Supervisor (RAL: 29.000€ – 31.000€ gross per year)

- Support the Front of House Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations and guest-related transactions, supervising and leading the team during shifts, and managing guest services, reservations, billing, reporting, and check-ins/check-outs.

- Ensure guest satisfaction, drive upselling, coordinate with other departments, and maintain brand, safety, and operational standards.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in front office operations, preferably in luxury environments.

- Fluent in Italian and English (knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset), with strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in PMS systems, MS Office, and front of house procedures and operations.
