Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity for a Hostess who will be part of our restaurant, located in the heart of Milan.
The successful candidate will be in charge of welcoming customers, managing reservations and payment to guarantee an exceptional dining experience in line with Dolce & Gabbana’s philosophy, culture and standards.

Key Accountabilities:

· Obtain and handle payments in accordance with the organization’s established procedures.

· Control and organize opening and closing of the structure and its finances.

· Greeting guests as they enter.

· Acccompany guests at tables or in waiting areas.

· Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.

· Answering phone calls,



taking reservations and answering questions.

· A knowledge of the menu.

· Uphold grooming and styling standards.

· Providing exceptional customer service.

. Fluency in Italian and English. Other languages are considered a plus.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato

Retribuzione: €25.000,00 all'anno
