Missions

:We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commis de Partie to join our partner company’s Kitchen Department. The ideal candidate will support the preparation and execution of dishes within the assigned section, ensuring high culinary standards and smooth daily operations. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a dynamic brigade.

Profile

:In this role, you will contribute to the preparation and service of dishes within your assigned section,



ensuring the accurate execution of the Chef de Partie’s instructions and maintaining the kitchen’s quality standards. You will be responsible for controlling the quality of food items, selecting ingredients, and supporting stock management. Additionally, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within your area, collaborate with the Chef de Partie and kitchen team in the daily workflow, ensure the consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes, support operations during busy service periods through effective teamwork and communication, and ensure full compliance with safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
