You will own critical IP blocks end-to-end—from architecture through RTL design, debug, synthesis, timing closure, and tape-out—and ship silicon powering AWS at global scale.
Collaborate with Verification, Emulation, and cross-disciplinary teams to validate test plans and deliver production-ready chips.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in chip design and a full design cycle experience.
