About Street

Street Smash Burgers was born in Lisbon in 2024 with a simple idea: going back to the roots of the burger with quality product and the smash technique. 100% beef, an open kitchen and a casual, authentic atmosphere. Today we’re growing across nearly 40 restaurants in 4 countries, and we’re looking for people with the drive to learn, energy and rhythm to grow with us.

The role

You’ll help grow Street’s creator community across Europe: finding the right people, building real relationships and making every visit, opening and launch happen.

What You’ll Do

- Discover and select creators across food, fashion, music, lifestyle and culture
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with influencers and creators
- Run creator visits to our restaurants, openings, product launches and events, including outreach, invitations, scheduling, store coordination and follow-ups
- Keep our influencer database organised and up to date in Kolsquare
- Track visits, published content, engagement and results
- Spot emerging creators, social media trends and opportunities across Europe
- Work closely with our Brand, PR and Content teams





Who we’re looking for Must-have

- Genuine passion for influencer marketing and creator culture, with a strong interest in food, fashion, music and lifestyle
- Strong knowledge of the European influencer scene, especially Instagram and TikTok, and great taste for creators who fit Street’s identity
- Outgoing and approachable: you enjoy meeting people, networking and building relationships
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable, with strong follow-up; proactive, curious, independent and eager to learn
- Professional working proficiency in Italian and English
- Based in Milan and available to work on-site

Nice-to-have

- Previous experience in influencer marketing or familiarity with tools like Kolsquare
- Studies in Marketing, Communication or a related field
- Experience with food or hospitality brands
