It’s 11pm on the 14th of August. The chief stew of a 60-metre yacht anchored off Cala di Volpe needs a table for 14 tomorrow night, a birthday cake for a 6-year-old, a tender transfer for a guest landing in Olbia at 7am, and white peonies. Every florist on the island says they’re sold out.

Star Yacht Group has operated in Porto Cervo since 2007. We are a licensed maritime agency, trusted by superyacht captains, chefs and chief stewardesses. We handle provisioning, port formalities, transfers and bespoke concierge services for VIP guests. With offices in Porto Cervo, Olbia,and Miami Beach, we deliver seamless service across the Mediterranean and beyond.

THE ROLE

You’ll be the primary contact when crew requests are unusual, urgent or complex. From curating bespoke shore excursions to sourcing hard-to-find luxury items overnight, you will ensure unmatched service standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Act as the key contact for captains and chief stews from charter confirmation to departure
- Design tailored itineraries and book top-tier restaurants, beach clubs, nightlife and private transport (helicopters, jets, cars)
- Source flowers, décor, luxury gifts, wellness services and private chefs at short notice
- Coordinate directly with our in-house provisioning and logistics teams for seamless execution




- Manage request tracking, confirmations and invoicing with precision

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience: at least 2–3 seasons in luxury hospitality (superyachts, 5-star hotel concierge, Les Clefs d’Or, private aviation or high-end events)
- Languages: fluent English and Italian; a third language such as French or Spanish is a strong plus
- Local knowledge: deep understanding of the Costa Smeralda and Sardinia’s high-end venues, dining and logistics
- Problem-solving and calm under pressure: proven ability to stay sharp and precise when several yachts call at once. You can say “leave it with me” and deliver
- Licence and availability: valid driving licence (Patente B) and full availability throughout the peak summer season
