Ensure compliance with the company’s plans and vision. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching. /li liOrganize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. /li liAnnounce important information from upper management to employees. /li liMaintain timekeeping and personnel records. Review and approve timecards. /li liReceive escalated complaints and resolve difficult problems. /li liVerify adherence to legal and company policies and procedures. Complete disciplinary actions if the need arises. /li liResolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.

Work to build consensus.br/ /li /ul h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul liHigh School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. /li liIn-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required. /li liRequires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. /li liExpert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. /li liExcellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset. /li liExceptional math skills.
