partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. /li liStrengthen project delivery practices, governance processes, requirements‑gathering methods, and stakeholder engagement approaches to improve organizational project management maturity. /li liCoach stakeholders and teams on effective project delivery, governance, and collaboration practices. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liFive to eight years of overall business experience, including at least three to four years leading projects, programs, organizational change initiatives, or business transformation activities. /li liPost‑secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related discipline is preferred. /li liA recognized project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent qualification. /li liStrong expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and close‑out across the full project lifecycle. /li liDemonstrated experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, scope definition, stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and process mapping. /li liProven ability to manage project scope, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests. /li liExcellent stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, facilitation, and consensus‑building skills, including the ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority. /li liExperience with Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies, including backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives. /li liStrong understanding of project governance, executive decision support, organizational change, and business transformation. /li liExperience coordinating vendors, consultants, external partners, and diverse stakeholder groups. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication, presentation, reporting, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively. /li liStrong organizational skills, critical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.
