About the Role
• We are an international fashion retail company looking for a Vintage Creative & Sourcing Specialist to join our creative team. This role will support the development of our in-store display and retail experiences, pop-ups and special projects through research, sourcing, supplier production management, and project coordination. The figure will work closely with the design team following the creative brief, considering the project needs and the spaces to set up. Responsibilities
• Conduct research on vintage furniture, design pieces, decorative objects, fabrics and materials, according to the heritage of the Company or the special project.
• Scout, develop, and manage a network of suppliers, artisans, dealers, and production partners.
• Source furniture, objects, props, and custom elements for in store display, pop up, special events, and brand activations.
• Develop creative proposals and sourcing solutions aligned with brand identity and project objectives.
• Coordinate ad hoc productions, ensuring alignment with quality, timing, and creative expectations.




• Support budget monitoring and supplier negotiations throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role within fashion, retail design, visual merchandising, interiors, events, or creative production.
• Exposure to high-profile creative, retail, and experiential projects.
• Strong knowledge of vintage furniture, design culture, materials, and sourcing channels.
• Proven ability to identify and manage suppliers, artisans, and external partners.
• Excellent research, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
