About the Role
We’re forming a small, invitation-only advisory board of senior marketing and eCommerce leaders to accelerate growth. This role combines strategic advisory with a clear business development (BD) mandate: open doors, shape our go-to-market, and earn commission on the business you help us win. Ideal for experienced leaders seeking a flexible side engagement with real upside. How You Grow & Earn
• Commission on Closed Deals: Earn success-based commission for qualified introductions that convert.
• Referral Bonuses: Extra payouts for referring businesses ready to implement our programs.
• Expansion Upside: Commission on approved upsells/cross-sells tied to your accounts (where applicable).
• Uncapped Earnings: The more relationships you activate, the greater your recurring pipeline and income. What You’ll Do (BD + Advisory)
• Open Doors: Use your European network (retail, DTC, marketplaces, pet/CPG, multi-brand) to secure warm intros and first meetings.
• Advance Opportunities: Join discovery calls, shape proposals, and support key demos to move deals forward.




• Strategic Guidance: Advise on digital growth, AI/automation use-cases, channel mix, and trading cadence.
• Market Intelligence: Share European-specific signals (competitors, partners, tech stack) to sharpen our GTM.
• 2026 Growth Playbook: Contribute frameworks we’ll deploy across target European accounts. What You’ll Bring
• Senior experience (VP/ Sr VP/ CMO/CDO/Sr. Manager/Head of Marketing or Head of eCommerce, or similar).
• Deep understanding of modern digital marketing, eCommerce, and AI/automation in the European market.
• A credible European network across brands/retailers/marketplaces and proven commercial acumen.
• Strategic, consultative selling skills—you turn conversations into clear next steps.
• Comfortable with a flexible, outcomes-based engagement (side-gig). Why This Isn’t a Traditional Job This is not a delivery role. You won’t run day-to-day campaigns. You’ll advise at a senior level and drive introductions that create pipeline.
