(with the possibility of extension for a further 6 months if interested) Start date: between December 2026 and January 2027 Main daily tasks: Front Office activities (dedicated telephone answering to the Customer, management of mail and registered mail sorting, bookings and management of meeting rooms) Back Office activities (archiving and management of practices for Regus service activations, Virtual Office, Offices) Complete management of the structure with organization of Community events Filter requests from internal and external customers Minimum
