The role is primarily focused on VMware virtualization, Windows Servers and networking. We are looking for a hands-on professional with 3-5 years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Ensures the reliability, security and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure, supporting systems, networks and datacenter services across the organization /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Infrastructure Operations /h3ulliAdminister Windows Servers and Azure virtual machines in a hybrid environment. /liliMonitor infrastructure availability, performance and capacity; troubleshoot incidents and service disruptions. /liliSupporting patching systems, security hardening, vulnerability remediation, backups and restore testing. /liliSupport infrastructure recovery, business continuity and security incident response activities. /liliSupport internal users on infrastructure issues /li /ulh3Network Administration /h3ulliSupport Cisco-based LAN and wireless infrastructure, including switches and access points. /liliTroubleshoot connectivity and network performance issues and maintain accurate diagrams and configuration records. /li /ulh3Virtualization Datacenter /h3ulliAdminister and maintain VMware vSphere environments,
