h3Supply Chain Analyst - Supplier (9 Month Contract) /h3ulliFull-time /liliDepartment: Operations EMEA /li /ulpThis role is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) based at our Porcari, Lucca site. /ppThe Supply Chain Engineer will oversee the upstream supply chain to deliver great customer service and operational excellence by delivering effective material and information flow from our suppliers to point of use. Taking full ownership for exceptional supplier on time delivery, whilst maximising process efficiencies and driving down inventory. /ph3Key Responsibilities and Outcomes /h3ulliResponsible for raw material and purchase part SKU parameterization, ensuring the strategy is alignedwith the business requirements. /liliResponsible for supplier master data within the ERP system. Escalation of communication from theSuppliers advising of a change to the agreement. /liliUtilize inventory tools and techniques to ensure right sizing of inventory availability. Ensuring inventoryright-sizing on raw material and purchased goods in transit. /liliResponsible for the measuring and reporting of the supply base performance for on time delivery, leadtime and order quantity. /liliBuild relationships with suppliers, working collaboratively on achieving the supply chain requirements. /liliFirst level of escalation for shortages and expediting resolution and recovery. /liliLead upstream supply chain performance improvements projects, working with the Suppliers on rootcause countermeasures and action plans. /liliManage the product portfolio, life cycle and NPI process with Suppliers to minimize disruption to supply,obsolete inventory and associated costs, by actively managing the ERP system for the end to end supplychain. /liliDevelop the supply base using lean methodology ensuring their processes and systems are compatiblewith Rotork requirements and are at a comparable level of operational excellence.



/li /ulp#LI-Hybrid /pulliEducated to degree level or with appropriate workplace experience/qualification. /lili2-5years of experience in Supply Chain Engineering, Supply Chain Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field. /liliProven understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management. /liliStrong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and performance reporting. /liliDemonstrated experience in manufacturing supply chain environments, with solid knowledge of Lean methodologies and process optimization practices. /liliProactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. /liliFluent Italian (advanced level) and professional English (C1 level). /liliAPIC's certified /lili6 Sigma green belt trained and/or lean equivalent. /li /ulh3Personal Specification /h3ulliExcellent relationship management, with the ability to work collaboratively. /liliAble to think strategically and translate the strategy into operational performance. /liliExperience of leading change and delivering results /li /ulpOur purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations. /ppFor over sixty years, the world has relied on us to create the things that keep everything moving.
