Overview

As QA/QC Manager in our Milan data centre team, you will lead quality assurance and control on large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with specifications, safety and regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with contractors and project teams to drive compliant delivery and document quality outcomes. The role offers exposure to high-profile commissions and strategic initiatives within a global professional services firm. You’ll shape project quality culture and support successful closeout and handover.

Responsabilità

- Implement and monitor QA/QC plans across construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and reviews to verify quality, safety, and environmental compliance
- Review construction drawings and submittals for accuracy, completeness, and constructability
- Support RFI and submittal processes and ensure proper documentation and tracking
- Identify, document, and help resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and risks
- Maintain detailed project documentation including inspection reports, meeting minutes, and compliance records
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure adherence to QA/QC processes




- Support project reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) related to quality metrics and construction progress
- Assist in managing project risks related to quality, safety, and compliance
- Participate in project meetings and communicate QA/QC updates with stakeholders
- Review as-built documentation and assist in project closeout activities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 3–7+ years of experience in construction QA/QC or project coordination (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
- Experience implementing QA/QC programs and supporting construction site operations
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and submittal processes
- Knowledge of construction safety practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Italian speaking, good command of written and spoken English
