Overview

As Senior Analyst, Finished Goods Planning, you will own inventory and production planning for a European portfolio, balancing service, inventory and capacity. You’ll work with SCJ factories, commercial teams and Supply Chain to inform S&OP;/S&OE; decisions and drive continuous improvement. Your role translates changing business needs into actionable plans, identifying risks and optimizing lifecycle changes. You’ll operate in a collaborative, cross-country environment and help scale robust planning across markets. This is a strategic, impact-driven role at a global family company.

Responsabilità

- Own inventory and production planning for an assigned portfolio across multiple European markets
- Define and optimize distribution-center inventory targets to meet service goals while managing working capital
- Develop and maintain the master production schedule balancing demand, capacity, material availability and constraints




- Contribute to monthly S&OP; and weekly S&OE; with risk/opportunity analysis and scenario recommendations
- Utilize SAP ECC, Kinaxis Maestro and analytics tools to maintain planning data and support decisions
- Manage supply planning for product launches, restages and lifecycle changes
- Conduct long-term supply assessments and participate in make-or-buy evaluations
- Maintain SAP and Kinaxis master data for planning accuracy
- Identify planning inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Commercial teams to align priorities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in relevant field and 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven planning ability
- Experience with SAP ECC and Kinaxis/Maestro; ERP systems proficiency
- Understanding of inventory management, production planning and trade-offs
- Ability to identify risks, evaluate options and make recommendations
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Fluent written and spoken English
