Overview

As OFCI Project Manager in Milan, you oversee vendor interfaces, schedules, and on-site installation to meet project specs. You will align equipment and work interfaces across stakeholders, managing scope, time, cost, and quality. You’ll review vendor submissions, support change and risk processes, and keep transparent progress updates with clients and teams. This role places you at the heart of high-profile data centre commissions, shaping delivery and client outcomes.

Responsabilità

- Manage OFCI vendors to ensure on-time delivery, installation, and compliance with specifications
- Review vendor technical submissions and support change and risk management
- Coordinate complex interfaces across scope, time, cost, and quality
- Align vendor equipment schedules with the overall project programme
- Conduct contract and scope reviews with gap analysis between vendors and site contractors
- Collaborate with stakeholders across client departments and contractors




- Provide regular progress updates and maintain open communication with stakeholders
- Manage OFE schedules, tracking milestones and timelines

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in data centre commissioning, operations or facility management
- Experience with equipment typical to data centre construction (generators, MV/LV switchgear, UPS, BAS, EPMS, AHUs)
- QA/QC manufacturing and vendor management experience
- Proficient in MS Office; document management application experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Italian speaking, good command of written and spoken English
- Availability for on-site work
