the role – account management partner

- create, maintain and develop deep customer connections with top‑level executives.
- drive proactive account growth, sell new offerings and minimise erosion in renewals.
- develop and execute cutting‑edge account strategies to grow and retain kyndryl’s most valuable accounts.
- identify and qualify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision makers and deliver tailor‑made solutions.
- collaborate closely with sales team members to ensure seamless account management from prospecting to closing.
- lead one or more portfolio or strategic accounts and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
- build a strong go‑to‑market pipeline with partners to generate new deals.




- own the account p&l;, ensure customer satisfaction and maintain compliance.

who you are

- proven experience (minimum 5years) managing account p&l; and end‑to‑end sales processes.
- deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- track record of revenue growth, cost profitability and risk management.
- growth mindset, open‑minded and empathetic approach with customers.
- bachelor’s or master’s degree; sales experience in technical solutions is a plus.
