P Job description p Frankfurt, Germany /pp Salary to be Confirmed + Flights + Accommodation + Rotation /pp A Commercial Lead is required for a large-scale data centre construction project in Frankfurt, Germany. This position offers a rotational working arrangement, with flights and accommodation provided. /pp The Commercial Lead will take responsibility for the commercial management of a major data centre project, overseeing cost control, quantity surveying, subcontractor accounts, procurement and financial reporting while leading the project commercial team. /pp This role would suit an experienced Commercial Lead, Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in general contracting, major construction projects and managing commercial operations from procurement through to final account. /pp Required profile /pulli Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience within a main contractor or general contractor environment. /lili Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification, such as Engineering, combined with commercial experience. /lili Proven experience in commercial management, quantity surveying and cost control on large-scale construction projects. /lili Experience as a Commercial Lead, Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar senior construction commercial role.



/lili Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontractor management, valuations, variations and final accounts. /lili Experience with financial reporting, procurement, budgeting, forecasting and commercial risk management. /lili Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills, with SAP experience advantageous. /lili Excellent English language skills. /lili Must hold a valid EU passport. /li /ulp Company description /pp Our client is an established engineering and construction contractor delivering complex, large-scale projects across Europe.
