- Concierge to join the summer season 2027 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities are:
* Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, orientation, and general inquiries.
* Handle guest requests efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate communication with relevant departments.
* Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
* Prepare and update guest profiles, noting preferences and special requirements for personalized service.
* Assist in coordinating VIP amenities and special arrangements under the guidance of senior team members.
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and health and safety protocols.
* Support the team in managing reservations, confirmations, and guest correspondence.
* Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to senior colleagues.
