Hello everyone My name is Riccarda, and I am looking for a professional, native English-speaking or bilingual nanny for a long-term position to join our family. We have three wonderful children aged 6 years, 4 years, and 2 years old. This is primarily a co-parenting / teamwork role. I am fully present at home and highly involved in our daily routines. We will be sharing caregiving duties and managing the children together. However, I strictly need a nanny who is experienced, confident, and capable of managing all three children independently from time to time whenever the situation requires it.
