ING is seeking a Cards Manager Operations in Italy to lead the day-to-day management of ING payment card products across their lifecycle, including debit, credit, prepaid and business cards.
You will coordinate issuance, activation, maintenance, blocking, disputes, chargebacks, and customer requests while ensuring strong controls, risk management and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with Product, IT, Risk and Customer Care to drive improvements.
