Uniper is seeking a Legal Counsel (all genders) in Italy to support its Renewables portfolio. You will advise on development, acquisition, construction and operation of solar, onshore wind and battery storage projects in Italy, coordinating with teams across Italy and Germany. You will manage due diligences, draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, and ensure compliance with Italian regulatory frameworks. A strong cross-functional mindset and fluent English are essential.
