The Role Hyntelo Srl is seeking a full-time, motivated and dynamic Business Consultant to join our growing business consulting team. In this role, you will support clients in addressing business challenges and contributing to transformation initiatives through data-driven and technology-enabled solutions. Responsibilities
* Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial analysis and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring the achievement of client-agreed objectives.
* Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Agile – Scrum, Kanban – and Waterfall) according to project and organizational needs.
* Plan and coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with financial and scheduling constraints.
* Gather, analyze, and formalize business and technical requirements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define effective solutions.
* Identify and manage project risks, monitoring critical issues and implementing mitigation actions.

* 2–6 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or project delivery roles.
* Familiarity with project lifecycle phases,



from requirements analysis to delivery and monitoring.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall.
* Experience or exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project or similar).
* Ability to gather and analyze business and functional requirements and contribute to solution definition.
* Understanding business processes and interest in digital, data-driven, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
* Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders, with a level of autonomy aligned with experience.
* Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English (B2/C1).
