Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process. The Estimator assesses vehicle damage, documents repairs and parts, and collaborates with the team to meet KPIs.
Responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, guiding clients through the repair, complying with DRP requirements, and participating in training and team meetings.
