Junior Retail Operations Specialist

Milan, Italy Company: OTech Italia S.r.l. (Authorized Distributor of OPPO in Italy) We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Retail Operations Specialist to join our Retail team. You will support retail operations across approximately 900 stores nationwide, focusing on retail execution monitoring, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination to improve operational efficiency and execution quality.

Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Execution & Data Analysis
• Use OPPO's retail management systems to monitor the implementation of visual merchandising and product training standards across stores.
• Track completion rates, compliance, and corrective actions, providing regular reports and driving continuous improvement. 2. Retail Standards & Cross-functional Coordination
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Training, and Retail Operations teams to consolidate retail standards across different channels and store formats.
• Develop and optimize operational checklists for Sales Consultants and City Managers, ensuring consistent execution across regions. 3. Demo Device & Asset Management
• Coordinate the allocation, tracking,



and recovery of demo devices for business operations, Store Ambassador programs, and employee sales initiatives, ensuring accurate asset records. 4. Retail Policy & Process Support
• Support the implementation of factory-funded retail subsidy programs, tracking requests, approvals, and execution to ensure timely completion. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Italian and English, with the ability to use both languages in a professional environment.
• Strong Excel skills, with good data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of effective cross-functional communication.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to independently follow up on tasks and drive solutions.
• Previous internship or work experience in retail operations, sales operations, or the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
